Product warranty

Important note: For safety reason, a licensed electrician is required to install all smart light switches and double GPOs. Do attempt to install it yourself.

This Warranty applies to RM Pro, RM Mini 3, Smart light switches (1 way and 2 way), Double GPO and USB wall mount adaptor purchased from Innov.Net Pty Ltd.

These products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months (for Smart Light switches and Double GPO) and 15 months (for RM Pro, RM Mini 3 and USB wall mount adaptor) from the original date of purchase.

Warranty conditions
The Goods must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This warranty does not apply should the defect in or failure of the Goods be attributable to misuse, abuse, accident or non-observance of manufacturer’s instructions on the part of the user.

This Warranty does not apply when damage or problems caused by a storm, fire, flood, vandalism, misuse, negligence, Acts of God, earthquake, war, vermin, foreign matter entering the equipment (e.g., dirt and moisture) or any other outside agency.

This warranty does not cover the cost of claiming under the warranty or transport of the Goods to and from the dealer to us.

Damage or problems or unsatisfactory performance resulting from misapplication of the equipment.

1. How many months warranty for the Innov.Net products?
RM Pro and RM Mini 3 are 15 months; Smart light switches, Double GPO and USB wall mount adaptor 12 months.

3. What if the product that I bought is no longer working and has exceeded the warranty period?
We suggest it is time for you to purchase a new unit.
